ITSDP in conjunction with the Panamerican Trauma Society offers courses and educational training activities. These courses and programs are designed for health care workers involved in the management of trauma patients, specifically in areas where resources are limited. Our tailored trauma course and evaluations can be effective in educating local providers. ITSDP and the PTS have promulgated the application of such courses that may serve as a model for continuing trauma care education in developing countries.
